Payment

• Prices listed on www.frangipanibaby.com.au are calculated in Australian dollars (AUD).

• Payment may be made with credit card, PayPal or Direct Deposit. If you wish to pay by cheque or money order please contact us.

• If you choose to pay for your order by Direct Deposit you will need to make your payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Payment must be received by us in three (3) working days, or your order will be cancelled and returned to the shelves.

• Your order will be posted once payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping and Processing

• We endeavour to have all items in stock and to post your order within two (2) working days

• In the event that an item is out of stock we will place your order on back-order and will contact you with details of expected arrival.

• For all orders within Australia we charge a flat rate of $11 for regular post and $14 for express post. All orders are sent with Australia Post

• International orders are sent at cost by Australia Post Air Mail unless otherwise arranged. Our charges do not include any customs or duty charges that you may be charged.

• Please note that due to insurance issues we are unable to sell products to the United States or Canada.

• We will not be held accountable for any lost parcels, but will do our best to track them down.

Layby

• We offer layby on orders over $100. Please contact us via our contact us page to enquire.

• Layby requires an initial payment of 20%.

• All layby purchases must be finalised within 8 weeks.

• If you choose to cancel your layby you will be refunded your payments, minus a $15 administration fee, and the item will be returned to the shelves.

Special Orders

• We are very happy to fulfill requests for special orders if there is a colour, size or style that you would like.

• As a general rule special requests require a deposit of 30%. We will then invoice you the remaining amount when your item reaches us.

• By placing a pre-order and paying the deposit amount you are agreeing to carry through with the purchase. If you decide to cancel the purchase you will be refunded your deposit minus a $15 administration fee.

Refunds and exchanges

• It is important to us at Frangipani Baby™ that babywearing is a pleasure and that you are completely satisfied with the products we supply. If you are experiencing any difficulties please contact us prior to returning your carrier. In many cases we can help you overcome some of the problems associated with using a new carrier.

• If you are still not completely satisfied with any of our products please contact us via email or phone to advise us of the return and send the items with a copy of the receipt within 14 working days for an exchange or full refund on the cost of your purchase (excluding postage). We recommend you use registered post as it is your responsibility to ensure the item/s arrive safely back to Frangipani Baby.

• Frangipani Baby do not cover freight costs of exchanges. We recommend you include a self-addressed post satchel with your returned item. Alternatively we will invoice you for postage.

• To receive a refund or exhance items need to be in as new condition, unused and unwashed and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or tampered with.

• Clearance items are not able to be refunded or exchanged.

• If an item is damaged or faulty we will refund or exchange it. Please contact us so we can assess the fault and work out how to best proceed.

All personal information supplied by our customers are treated with strict confidentiality.

Personal information, such as your name, postal and email address is only used to process your order. When you register with Frangipani Baby™ via our website, you will also receive email notification on occasion of sales, promotions and new products. You may unsubscribe to this service at any time.

Our website does not automatically collect personal data such as email addresses or phone numbers without the site visitor voluntarily providing this information. We respect your privacy and don't disclose any customers details to third parties. Your personal information may be released when reasonably necessary to comply with the law for the following reasons:

1. Frangipani Baby™ has reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, and uses or discloses the personal information as a necessary part of its investigation of the matter or in reporting its concerns to relevant persons or authorities. (for example, credit card fraud)

2. The use or disclosure is required or authorised by or under law.

3. In some instances we may share your details with one of our suppliers if we need to have your purchase shipped directly from them, but we will never do this without seeking your permission first.
