Returns
It is important to us at Frangipani Baby that babywearing is a pleasure and that you are completely satisfied with the products we supply. If you are experiencing any difficulties please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases we can help you overcome the problems associated with using a new wrap or carrier.
If you are still not completely satisfied with any of our products please contact us to advise of the return and send the items with a copy of the invoice/receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the cost of your purchase (excluding postage and a 20% restocking fee). We recommend you use registered post as it is your responsibility to ensure the item/s arrive safely back to Frangipani Baby.
Frangipani Baby do not cover the freight costs of exchanges. We recommend you include a self-addressed post satchel with your returned item. Alternatively we will invoice you for postage at $10 for courier / $15 Express Post.
To receive a refund or exchange, items need to be returned in as new condition, unused and unwashed and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been washed, worn or tampered with.
When you receive your wrap or carrier, please look over it thoroughly for any flaws before washing or using or removing any tags.
If an item is damaged or faulty we may provide a full or partial refund or exchange. Please contact us so we can assess the fault and work out how to best proceed. We may ask you to send pictures to check the issue with the manufacturer.
A restocking fee of 20% of the item cost applies to items returned for a refund. This does not apply to items returned due to manufacturer fault or damage.
Please retain a copy of your purchase receipts for warranty purposes.Clearance items and products marked as Seconds quality are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
